Its super smooth Easiclean operation makes window cleaning safe and simple from within the building, while the safety restrictor helps prevent accidental opening beyond a safe limit — with the recommendation that restrictors are used in pairs for optimal safety. Independently tested and fully compliant, the Elite Tri-Stay is BSI and BBA approved, Secured by Design (SBD) accredited, and suitable for use in applications where Document Q compliance is required. Supplied in pairs with a 17mm stack height, the Elite Tri-Stay is an ideal solution for modern, secure window designs that require versatility without compromising on quality or safety.
