Next Day delivery on express orders, does not apply to bespoke orders, keyed alike, pinned to code or items requiring personalisation, offer subject to stock. If the items ordered are not available for express delivery, you will be notified by a member of our sales team.

What happens if I need to cancel/return my order?
No problem at all. To get a refund, you’ll need to contact Customer Services and inform us of your cancellation/return. All returns must be received within 28 days of the date of order. No returns are accepted without telephone/email confirmation from our customer service team. Excludes special orders and custom-made keys and/or locks.

Returns charges in brief:
RETURNS
Our Twenty-Eight (28) day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within Twenty-Eight (28) days of the date you were invoiced for the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less a handling charge of 20% of the returned goods order value.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty due to manufacturing defects. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after Twenty-Eight (28) days unless they are faulty. You may be charged for the re-delivery costs.
We reserve the right to send a replacement for any defective product, and we are not obliged to pay a refund.
In the event of garrisonlocks.co.uk sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to garrisonlocks.co.uk within Twenty-Eight (28) days. Garrison locks reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within Twenty-Eight (28) days of the date on which garrisonlocks.co.uk confirms we will issue a replacement.
SPECIAL ORDERS i.e. (CUSTOM MADE LOCKS, KEYS, PINNED TO CODE LOCKS, KEYED ALIKE LOCKS AND LOCK SETS.)
We are able accept special order returns for exchange only if the locks or keys are faulty. We are unable to accept returns for correctly supplied key(s),pinned to code lock(s),keyed alike or master keyed alike lock(s).
Please note: Some items are supplier shipped and must be returned directly to our suppliers. Please telephone and confirm returns address for your items. Items returned to incorrect address will be redirected at the customer’s expense.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
