Van security hook locks add a strong, manual locking point to your van doors using a hook-shaped bolt that locks into a reinforced keep. Designed for trade use, they give you full control over when your van is secured and help resist forced entry during overnight parking or high-risk locations.

Van security hook locks give you a solid, manual layer of protection when your van is parked or left unattended. Unlike slam locks, these require you to lock them with a key, giving you full control over when the extra security is applied.

How van security hook locks work

A hook lock is a mechanical deadlock fitted to your van door and frame. When you turn the key, a hook-shaped bolt locks into a reinforced bracket, securing the door in place.

  • Hook bolt locks into a keep rather than a straight receiver
  • Operates with a separate high-security key
  • Independent from the van’s central locking system
  • Adds a second locking point to the door

This hook design makes it harder to force the door open compared to standard deadlocks.
