Multi Point Locks secure a door at multiple points along the frame using a single key or handle lift. This creates stronger resistance against forced entry compared to standard single-point locking systems.

These systems are commonly fitted to uPVC, composite, timber and aluminium doors in homes, flats and commercial properties.

How Multi Point Locks Work

A Multi Point Lock engages several locking points at the same time, typically:

  • Top hook or bolt

  • Central latch or deadbolt

  • Bottom hook or bolt

All points are operated together through a single cylinder and handle mechanism.
