What happens if I need to cancel/return my order?
No problem at all. To get a refund, you’ll need to contact us and inform us of your cancellation/return. Attached to your order confirmation is the CCS sheet. please print this off and return with your unwanted items within 28 days of the delivery date. All returns must be received within 28 days of the date of order. No returns are accepted without a CCS sheet and telephone confirmation.

Please note: Some items are supplier shipped and must be returned directly to our suppliers. Please telephone and confirm returns address for your items. Items returned to incorrect address will be redirected at the customers expense.
